Regulatory status
21 Cigar Company LLC holds an active Retail Tobacco Products Dealer permit issued by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco.
We sell at retail to consumers only. We do not hold a Florida Tobacco Wholesale Dealer permit and do not sell at wholesale.
We are not an importer of tobacco products and hold no permit from the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau. Our cigars are manufactured domestically.
Age restriction
This website sells tobacco products and is intended solely for adults 21 years of age or older.
Federal law sets 21 as the minimum age to purchase tobacco products in the United States. Every order is age-verified before shipment, and every delivery requires the signature of an adult 21 or older. We do not sell to minors under any circumstances.
Health warning
Cigars are not a safe alternative to cigarettes.
Tobacco products contain nicotine, which is addictive. Smoking causes lung cancer, heart disease, emphysema, and may complicate pregnancy. Nothing on this website should be read as a claim that our products are safe, reduced-risk, or beneficial to health.
Product origin
Our cigars are hand-rolled in Miami, Florida from imported premium tobacco leaf.
We do not sell Cuban cigars or any product containing Cuban tobacco. References to Little Havana and to Cuban-trained torcedores describe the location of our manufacturing partner and the training and heritage of the artisans who roll our cigars. They are not claims of Cuban origin.
Accessories, packaging, and apparel may be manufactured domestically or imported. Country of origin varies by item.
